Home cleaning questions
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Every cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment as standard. If you prefer they use your products, just say so in the booking notes.
How long does a clean take?
A standard one-bedroom takes around 2–3 hours; a deep or move-out clean takes longer. You’ll see an estimate before you confirm.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Rate the job honestly and flag anything that was missed in the app. Our support team will look into it with you and your tasker.
